1. Regarding the acquisition of personal information
Amita Inc. does not by deception or by any other unlawful means acquire personal information.


2. Regarding the usage of personal information
Amita Inc. uses personal information only in ways covered in the following three paragraphs (2.1 to 2.3).
All other usage besides those mentioned in the following three paragraphs (2.1 to 2.3) will not be undertaken without the agreement in advance of the individual concerned.

Amita Inc. will only use your information to:
2.1. Send the reply to a request for an estimate or the reply to a request for customer advice;
2.2. Ship an order;
2.3. Provide the customer with information for seminars, various goods, or services.


3. Regarding the security of personal information
Amita Inc. takes the appropriate and necessary steps to prevent a leakage, compromise, or loss of the relevant personal information, and ensuring the safety of personal information.


4. Regarding the distribution of personal information
Amita Inc. will, if personal information, be it partly or fully, is entrusted to a third party, strictly investigate and supervise this third party according to the rules given in the security of personal information section (section 3). Any appropriate and necessary steps will be undertaken to survey this third party.
Furthermore, in the case that Amita Inc. is requested for consultation or to fulfil a duty according to Privacy Mark or ISMS, Amita Inc. may co-operate with a third party and distribute the handling rights of personal information to a third party.


5. Regarding the presentation of personal information to a third party
Amita Inc. will not present personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned in advance, excluding cases that fall under the Personal Information Protection Law.


6. Regarding disclosure, revision, etc. of personal information
Amita Inc. Will, in the case of a request of disclosure of the relevant personal information from the individual concerned, quickly disclose this information.
In this case, if the individual fails to confirm his/her identity, personal information will not be disclosed.
In the case of a request of correction, addition, or elimination of personal information from the individual concerned, Amita Inc. will quickly respond and fulfil the request.
In this case, if the individual fails to confirm his/her identity, the request will not be fulfilled.


7. Change of policies
These policies are subject to change.
If the policies are changed, the change is valid as soon as Amita Inc. publishes the changes on the relevant homepage, excluding cases in which it concerns a law which is not under the influence of Amita Inc.
